It was a last minute plan to Ooty, I did not get much time to look into the hotels, however I am super happy to have found this resort. Amidst lush shades of green, every hour the view changed. Each and every staff member were so warm and found them always smiling. Just one glitch-food was quite oily and spicy. However, they made it as per our liking post request.

Location is beautiful. Service is good. Room is full of seepage not healthy for people who are coming for a stay. Complimentary breakfast has very less options. The amount paid is exorbitant for the poor state of the rooms they had provided. We had no choice as all the rooms were full due to Christmas weekend.

Stayed for 4 days. Around 13km far from city center. Everyday you have to travel to and from city if you want to cover places. Rooms are clean and neat. No swimming pool. No activities for kids. If you plan to stay inside this resort, then you will get bored as there are no any activities. Sad part is No balcony in family rooms. You feel suffocated many times. But the landscape view is awesome. Food is good and employees are friendly. If you are looking to roam around ooty, then make a room in a nice lodge in city center itself its very economical. This place is quite expensive for the facilities they are giving.

I loved this place very much.The resort located in a very pleasant place.The property and the garden is maintained very well.Especially I fell in love with the beautiful garden inside and the Tea garden outside the property. And the service we can get here is also excellent. I would love to recommend this resort to stay in Ooty. It is located little bit outside from the city,so that we can enjoy the beauty of nature more.

It was one of the most amazing resort we stayed at. The staff were friendly and the most welcoming. The view was so beautiful, you can even go for the stroll around.

Location is the highlight of this resort it’s a beautiful place which is situated in quite place 14 km away from ooty. However the breakfast they serve is not up to the price they charge. They have shortage of staff and unable to service the customers . Stayed two days and almost same item every day and that also have to wait due to the slow service.

Pros - The place offers a serene and delightful atmosphere accompanied by breathtaking view. Cons - The resort is located 15 km away from Ooty, and the road conditions can become challenging in rainy weather. Additionally, it would be beneficial if the resort provided recreational activities such as bonfires and local hiking as part of their package. The maintenance of the recreation room needs improvement, and there is room for enhancing the breakfast spread.

We had stayed in this resort between 30th Sep 23 and 2nd Oct 23. The stay was very pleasant and the staff were very co-operative. We had never heard "No" from any of the staff in the resort. The food was excellent and very tasty. We never forget our memories during our stay in this resort. More particularly, Mr.Manikandan was so helpful to us.
